Billing, shipping, plans, and everything logistical.

Order status, plan questions, account changes, payment issues — or you’re still deciding whether GHC fits and want a straight answer before you start. One address covers all of it. Members: write from the email on your account; it saves a verification round-trip.

Your data and your records.

Privacy questions, text-message opt-outs, and anything about how this website uses your information go here — not a general queue. One honest boundary: Gentlemen’s Health Collective doesn’t store your medical records. Your health information lives in the HIPAA-protected care system where your care team works; for copies or corrections, reply to any message or email from your care team. Not sure which? Send it here and we’ll route it.

Formal legal notices — including arbitration opt-outs under our Terms of Service — go to legal@gentlemenshealthcollective.com.

The line email doesn’t cross: medical decisions.

Dose changes, side effects, and whether a medication is right for you are decisions your medical provider makes — so those questions belong with your care team: reply to any message or email from them, and it reaches someone who can act on it, in a channel where your health information stays protected. Support can’t answer them, and won’t guess. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. And if what’s weighing on you is mental — a low that won’t lift, thoughts that scare you — call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free, any hour.

Already a member? Your care team is one reply away.

For anything about your treatment — dose questions, refills, check-ins, plan changes — reply to any message or email from your care team. It reaches the people managing your care and keeps your health details in a protected channel. The support inbox stays open for billing and logistics.

Gentlemen’s Health Collective
4902 Golden Quail, Ste. 102
San Antonio, TX 78240

That’s a mailbox, not a clinic — nothing medical happens at this address. Your care runs online.

Some questions you don’t email.

The one you’ve been sitting on — about your sex drive, your energy, the shape you’re in versus the shape you were — doesn’t need a subject line. Put it in the assessment. A medical provider licensed in your state reads every word, tells you what the numbers support, and tells you straight if this isn’t for you. It stays inside your protected health record.
