Gentlemen’s Health Collective, a brand of Outlaws & Gents Grooming LLC and its affiliates (“Gentlemen’s Health Collective”, “GHC”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operates the website located at gentlemenshealthcollective.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

Gentlemen’s Health Collective provides a platform that:
- Facilitates connections between users and licensed healthcare providers (“Healthcare Providers”)
- Provides information about men’s health, including weight management and wellness services
- Enables telehealth consultations and prescription services where applicable
- Offers health and wellness products
We are not a healthcare provider. Healthcare services, including consultations, diagnoses, and prescriptions, are provided by independent, licensed Healthcare Providers. Your relationship with Healthcare Providers is separate from your relationship with us.
4. Healthcare Services Disclaimer
4.1 No Medical Advice
The information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
4.2 Healthcare Provider Relationship
When you use the Services to connect with Healthcare Providers:
- You are establishing an independent patient-provider relationship with the Healthcare Provider
- The Healthcare Provider is solely responsible for all clinical decisions
- We do not practice medicine or provide medical treatment
- Treatment outcomes are not guaranteed
4.3 Emergency Services
THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
5. Account Registration and Security
5.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

- Use your information as described in our Privacy Policy
- Store and process your information in accordance with applicable laws
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Fees
Certain Services require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
8.2 Billing
We use third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
8.3 Refunds
Refund policies are disclosed at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of healthcare services, some services may not be refundable once rendered.
8.4 Subscriptions
If you enroll in a subscription service:
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
8.5 Chargeback / Dispute Policy
By making any payment to Gentlemen’s Health Collective or using any discount code, you agree that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
- Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal request, or similar action with your card issuer, bank, or payment provider—for reasons other than actual unauthorized use or proven billing error—constitutes a breach of these Terms.
In the event of such a chargeback or dispute, you agree to reimburse Gentlemen’s Health Collective for:
- The full amount of the disputed charge;
- All fees charged by our payment processor (typically $15–$50 per chargeback); and
- An administrative fee of $150 to cover our internal costs (investigation, documentation, response preparation, account handling, and related expenses).
- We reserve the right to recover these amounts via any payment method on file (credit/debit card charge, ACH deduction, invoice, or deduction from any future refunds, credits, or payments owed to you) without prior notice.
- You expressly authorize Gentlemen’s Health Collective to use any stored payment method to recover these amounts. No additional consent is required beyond these Terms.
- Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, permanent ban from all Gentlemen’s Health Collective services, and referral to collections.
9. Products and Shipping
9.1 Prescription Products
Prescription products are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped directly to you. Shipping times and methods vary.
9.2 Product Availability
Product availability may vary based on your location and prescription requirements.
9.3 Returns
Returns of prescription medications are generally not permitted due to legal and safety requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Gentlemen’s Health Collective and are protected by intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENTLEMEN’S HEALTH COLLECTIVE, OUTLAWS & GENTS GROOMING LLC, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gentlemen’s Health Collective, Outlaws & Gents Grooming LLC, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the Services
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND GENTLEMEN’S HEALTH COLLECTIVE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
15.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@gentlemenshealthcollective.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gentlemen’s Health Collective.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
